Quality Control System
Quality is a company's life. Being one of the most significant departments of a company, setting "the qualification rate of 100%" as the quality goal, our quality control department performs testing, inspection and management work.
The Quality Control (QC) department manages three teams, IQC, PQC and FQC, with the member of 6, 6, and 4 respectively. The total 16 members (1 department head and1 director) have secondary educational level or above, and over 2 years' working experience in the same industry as well. They perform inspection and testing rigorously according to GB7000 1-2002/IEC60598-1: 1999 《Luminaries General Requirements and Tests》, and UL1598-January 31,2000 《Luminaries Security Standard 》to meet customers' requirements.
Incoming Quality Control (IQC):

1. When parts are delivered to the factory, the warehouse keeper will check the delivery note, confirming names of articles, specification, quantity, and whether the packaging is damaged, and then leaves the goods in the inspection area.
2. The IQC department performs sampling inspection accordingto the Production Plan, Inspection Guidance Book, and technical flow chart. The reference sample is always used in
inspection If available. After the inspection, a GRN (Goods
Receipt Note) of the raw material will be filled in and a
report will be sent to the Supply Department and the
Warehouse. If the inspection cannot be performed in factory, the
Supply Department is required to get the inspection report as well
as the qualified agreement from its sub-contractor.
3. Inspectors put pass labels on the parts if it passes theinspection and complete the receipt procedure. If the parts don't pass, inspectors will put the fail labels on andfeedback timely to the Supply Department, which together withthe warehouse are responsible for isolating the parts and manage the returned parts procedure according to the Control Procedure of Nonconforming Products.
4. The urgently needed raw materials having no time to get
inspection can be released by the warehouse keeper after the
production department completing the Emergent Release
Application and getting it reviewed by the QC department.
Inspectors leave samples of the same batch according to
GB/T2828, 1-2003/ISO2859-1: 1999 Batch Sampling Plan
under Inspection Procedure of Count Sampling, continue the
inspection and mark the Emergent Release on the Stores Requisition.
With the rising demand to ourselves, the IQC work has already extended to the sub-contractors' factories by taking aperiodic inspection on all the raw materials under control so as to enhance efficiency and reduce defected products at an early stage.
