 As an interior bridge in the factory, engineering department is actively developing new products and assisting QC department in integrating quality control with R&D on technology as well. It is divided into two main engineering systems, small household appliances and lighting project.
The engineering department owns 16 experienced professional technicians,who are responsible for examining and approving all the technical documents, presiding over development and quotations of new products, communicating with clients concerning engineering issues and being a coordinator; improving and checking old products, and development of new products; making complete list of components and product exploded view; making samples of old products and trial packages of new products, taking structure examination, re-inspecting of the standard item, and performing authentification of technical guidance book.
As a VIP client of reputed authentication organizations, we enjoy the preferential treatment of periodic trainings offered by professional engineers from Rhine and ITS. Backed up by the powerful technical support and equipped with those professionals, our company has developed up to 28 series of lighting products owning patents, among which over 10 still enjoy stable market share and sales volume. Meanwhile, new products are also launched to the market at times.
As a new added department in the company, we take the idea of Goal Management, setting the goals in advance, analyzing conditions required and then deciding the way of realizing the goal. We'd like to make great efforts together with other members of the company for a brighter future. |
